Shelly Ram ─ Senior Conveyancer

Shelly, a Senior Conveyancer at NW Notaries and Lawyers, brings more than 20 years of experience in residential and commercial real estate conveyancing to her role. Her expertise includes family transfers, buying and selling properties, refinancing, managing assignment of leases, and dealing with manufactured or mobile homes.

Shelly excels as a multitasker, effortlessly managing tight deadlines while maintaining the quality of her work. She has extensive customer service experience, values teamwork, and is always ready to assist her clients with a smile. Her career journey began as an office administrative assistant at Rishikul College in Fiji, where she supported a team of over 50 staff and more than 1,000 students for four years. Shelly embarked on her notary career as a junior conveyancer in 2002.

In 2006, Shelly became a part of the New West Notary team and continues to offer her services as we transition to NW Notaries and Lawyers.

Outside of work, Shelly enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends. She is an avid traveller and enjoys tending to her rose garden, which has over 20 rose plants.
