Over the course of 18 years, I have been in and out of Martin Kastelein’s office for many times and always satisfied with the degree of his professional service. I have always received very quick response for each of my requests since he was always very efficient and yet he always took time to allow me to ask any questions that I might have during my visits. He has been constantly improves efficiency and simplifies process by adopting new techniques such as cutting down papers. Furthermore, he cares for his client’s interests as his own. For example, one time while visiting his office he pointed out to me that a large fee had been wrongly charged by my bank according to BC law; therefore, he offered to contact the bank by telephone immediately to make the correction.
